There's a French brasserie called Le Monde ("The World") in Manhattan's Morningside Heights neighborhood that is featuring a rather...er...unusual dessert: Bacon-flavored ice cream, with caramelized apples and...two slabs of crispy bacon dipped in chocolate. It's part of their "Pig Frites Festival," and they have all sorts of ...er...creative dishes on their menu:
