Who was the best-looking U.S. president?

Since, politically speaking, it's not how you do the job that counts...it's how you LOOK that's important, right?  Well, maybe not...but supposing that were the truth, let's take a look at our past 44 presidents and see who in their prime was the finest-looking dude to sit in the Oval Office.  Since photography wasn't a reality until the mid-19th century, we'll have to rely on drawings and paintings of some of the earlier guys and judge accordingly.  So, you be the judge:  Here are fifteen possible candidates for you to choose from--in no particular order.  Who do you think may have been our most dashing commander in chief?  I hope you leave your choices in the "COMMENTS" section at the end of the page.  And don't vote based on their politics, their beliefs, their accomplishments!  Vote strictly based on what's really important:
HOW DID THEY LOOK?

President #12:  Zachary Taylor. Was reputed to be something of a ladies' man and reportedly cut a handsome figure about Washington.
James K. Polk, president #11.
Don't vote against him because he invented the Mullet!

Franklin Pierce, President #14, was known in his home
state of New Hampshire as "Handsome Frank" Pierce.

Andrew Jackson, President #7.  Hard to judge from
the few drawings/paintings of him from his younger days,
but he was "popular with the ladies," as they say.

President #18 Ulysses S. Grant. He was a hard-drinking,
no-nonsense tough-guy...does that do anything for you?

President #35, John F. Kennedy.  He certainly had no
trouble getting dates....especially when he was married!

Franklin D. Roosevelt, our 32nd president.
We tend tothink of him when he was elderly--
but in his youth, he was a strikingly handsome man.

Movie-star handsome Ronald Reagan, President #40

Presidents #41 and 43, George H.W. Bush & George W. Bush.  Love 'em, hate 'em...they were both very handsome
in their younger days.

Barack Obama
President #44, Barack Obama.

Young Gerald R. Ford, President #38, when he was a linebacker at the University of Michigan.
Young Abraham Lincoln, our 16th president.  An unconventional choice, perhaps...but he looks like he might have been sort of handsome?  Maybe it's just all that "freeing mankind" thing that makes him better-looking?
Young Warren G. Harding. Possibly the worst president
in U.S. history...but not the worst-looking, was he?
Young Teddy Roosevelt, President #26.  Rockin' the sideburns!
